Based in Raleigh, NC, the family owned company started as Hakooz Enterprises, LLC in 2003 and operates with the support of a number of key associates each with a unique expertise in the services offered.

Joe Hakooz

Partner - Web Solutions

Joe has over ten years of experience in web application development, Flash programming, ASP.NET technology solutions, audio/video production, and digital design. He works closely with clients from concept to completion to produce custom interactive applications and web-based content management solutions.

Joe has developed many multimedia, web and eLearning applications for clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, education, entertainment, media, and environmental industries. Joe also holds three patents for a therapeutic medical device VTFlex. Joe's blog Raleigh Flash discusses topics related to Flash, ASP.NET, web application development, and related technologies.

Jason Hakooz

Partner - Client Services

Jason graduated from East Carolina University with a Masters in Accounting and began his professional career with Deloitte & Touche in Audit and Enterprise Risk. After Deloitte & Touche, Jason continued his career in accounting and finance with open source technology leader Red Hat, Inc. Customer service and account management has always been a passion for Jason. After several successful years in accounting and finance, Jason decided to switch paths to work more personally with customers. Since 2007, Jason has been working closely with community banks as a consultant and trainer specializing in loan underwriting, credit analysis and merchant services.

In 2011, Innovah announced that Jason joined the company as a managing partner. Innovah is delighted to add Jason's experience and proven track record of excellent customer service to the company. Jason will be focusing on client relations, marketing, web solutions and bank advisory services.

Sam Hakooz

Partner - Business Strategies

Skilled in Strategic Leadership and Global Business Consulting Practice, Sam brings more than 30 years of experience in global business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing management and change management serving wide range of industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, environmental, steel, oil, utilities, nuclear, and the U.S. government. He was formerly with ChemFirst as Vice President of sales and marketing for Callidus Technologies, Inc., and as President of Plasma Energy Corporation. Prior to that Sam was the Vice President of sales and marketing for General Atomics Electronic Systems Inc.

Sam led comprehensive negotiations winning large contracts from Europe, Japan, SE Asia, and the Middle East. He is multi-lingual and has extensive experience in change management, restructuring, and international business negotiations.
